Its two years since I have used R&J tax accountants. The service is extremely professional! Paresh is knowledgable in the tax frameworks and his guidance is immaculate. Both the years, I have received tax refunds and Paresh tries hard to work in favour of the client, all within the purview of tax regulations that guide individual tax returns. Extremely slow to respond to emails which drag proceedings out for 2 months. Finally turned around and said he was too busy so was left urgently applying for an extension to file with the ATO.
